Upon receipt of your order or enquiry, a member of the team will be in touch to confirm details. We will ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit upon confirmation of your booking. The remaining 50% will be required at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled delivery. Failure to pay will result in a non-delivery. Both payments can be made via BACs.
We recommend that our platters/boxes should be enjoyed within 2 hours of receipt. You may need to keep the platters refrigerated, depending on when you plan to serve them, and the weather conditions. To comply with UK food standards, all food must be disposed of if kept unrefrigerated for more than 4 hours.
Dietary requirements and allergens
Please notify us of any allergies or dietary requirements when booking.
Our platters are freshly prepared in a kitchen that handles all 14 major allergens, including gluten, dairy, nuts, sesame, and soya. While every effort is made to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from traces of allergens.
It is the responsibility of the person placing the order to inform their guests of any allergens that may be present. Upon request, we are happy to provide a full list of ingredients and highlight allergens.
